I don't even like having my picture taken. NO WAY ON EARTH will I EVER wear a tracking device. I'm 71 and not particularly healthy, but REALLY, this is TOO MUCH!
Can you imagine the anxiety of wearing these wearables, let alone the electromagnetic radiation. I will never wear anything on my body. It’s an outright NO from me!
I agree with everything you said. I,for one, will neverwear a wearable. If I am doing the right thing, I feel good. If I’m not feeling so good… I have to check what I’m doing. I don’t need something attached to my body to tell me what I need to do or how many steps I take. If I was lazy or active, I know. I don’t need anybody telling me.
I’ve been a staunch supporter of RFK Jr. since he ran for president and was thrilled to see him assume his new role! However, this recommendation makes absolutely no sense to me and honestly baffles me coming from him, as it goes against everything “natural” wearing a mechanical tracking device on one’s wrist. It’s a ridiculous suggestion! He seems to be living on a different planet than most of us who support his main agenda (as we understood it!).
I agree with you that wearing a tracking device is not on my list of things to do. We are currently being tracked enough and the data from this tracking goes to all sorts of organizations and companies. Our body, and any data concerning our body, is our private business in my view and should not be sold off to the highest bidder or used against us.
Dr. Dhand, I fully agree with you! Thank you for being so outspoken!
I realized over the years, if there is anything wrong with my body, there are signals. It is just a matter of paying attention to oneself and learning how to read/interpret these signals.
As a now retired IT professional when I saw this my head almost exploded. As usual Dr. Dhand is bang on correct.
It took some doing to find an optometrist who DOES NOT save digitized retina scans that Big Brother lusts over, oh, and has everyone see the now bankrupt 23 and Me situation? They want to sell all the DNA profiles that they have to a “research” firm - but with protections for privacy. I laughed at that so hard “protections for privacy” pulled a muscle.
When asked about the privacy issue Kennedy had no comment.
Worse yet Trump has asked Elon Musk by executive order to consolidate more than 300 separate info points of every American into one massive, readily accessible database which will include medical records.
Well, Casey and Callie Means will be ecstatic. I agree with Dr. Dhand that you must not be a "bobblehead" where you automatically agree with whatever your "person" says without any critically thinking or questionning. Most don't even know that Moderna was just given the go ahead by RFK for another mRNA jab.
Wearables for everyone? Not just a bad idea - AN HORRENDOUS IDEA. A potentially huge gift to the pharma/insurance complex - just think of all the prescriptions that can flow from this - you may not even need a doctor - just straight from your device to the Amazon pharmacy. And your insurance rate can automatically be "adjusted" (upwards, of course). And it's absolutely fascistic. Time to get off the RFK bandwagon, Doc. This guy is a disaster.
I cannot agree more. My body my choice, my data my choice. Sharing is something I choose to do, some out there I will never share with others I will, it will always by decision. Broadcasting health biometrics to any and all without regard to who they might be or what they are using the data for is just plain stupid and reflects a state of very low awareness.
Ever notice how the new government never dismantles the bad policies of the old government?
I have an Apple Watch which I use for a number of reasons including telling the time and knowing my heart rate. I have had an Oura ring for almost six years. My watch is on permanent airplane mode and my ring on airplane at night. I realize this doesn’t stop Bluetooth.
I eat natural foods only, sleep as well as I can, frequently walk in Nature (I live on the ocean in BC) and I very much enjoy tracking my numbers.
He's pushing Casey Means agenda. Her company sells CGMs and she wears an Oura ring. I just put my Oura in a box in a drawer after 1.5 yrs- for exactly the reasons you cite. Too much tracking, too much health anxiety, too much stress vs benefit. Thanks for this post!
Same. I put my Oura ring in a drawer, along with my Apple Watch, about a year ago for the same reasons. The Apple Watch actually gave me like an itchy burn mark on my wrist.

I don't blame you Wendy!
I Do Not want any device that is eventually going to be used to track my every move. Definitely a slippery slope. No thank you, Mr. Kennedy!
Agreed.
Hope you dont have a smartphone then!
A faraday cage ("Go Dark") apparently the way to go when you leave the house and dont want to be tracked - trouble is no signal means no calls!
A blessing sometimes yes
Slippery slope indeed, Monica!

Peter and Ginger Breggin have a Substack post about this very thing.

It's a BIG NO!

What could possibly go wrong?
Appreciate you, Scott!

Another mrna posion to inject into ppl who are mindlessly accepting injury or death.
All you can do is pray for them.

I want no part of wearables, not for any reason. I want the privacy of my own body as long as I can have it.
I won’t wear such a thing anymore than I would wear a mask.
